Skincare Tips for the Bride-to-Be

These four steps will promote the healthiest skin and give you that wedding day glow. This advice is for anyone even if you don't currently have a good skincare routine in place.

 

Step 1: CLEANSE - TONE - MOISTURIZE

These three things are the "holy grail" to skin care. If you're not already doing this, start here, preferably 6-8 months before your wedding day. Testing new products too close to your big day can bring unwanted blemishes.

 

Step 2: EXFOLIATE

Adding an at home exfoliating mask into your routine will promote radiant skin. This is not something you should do every day, up to 3 times a week is best.  TAKE NOTE - when adding exfoliation to your routine you must do it before the listed step one.

 

Step 3: HYDRATE

You hear everyone say "drinking water gives you clear skin", while we are not disagreeing it is notable that drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day can promote dewy skin. Which in return gives you the "bridal glow" - so drink up ladies!

Step 4: EXERCISE - DIET

Add walking or a low impact exercise routine into your daily activities. This will give you a self esteem boost which impacts your confidence. We both know having a little boost to our confidence always makes you feel good. Avoid trying any fad diets - just focus on a well balanced diet of fruits, veggies and good carbs. Doing this will promote a healthier version of yourself and all together bring radiance to your wedding day.
